Good morning! Yesterday was a whole blur and tired was an understatement. I finished painting the living room and getting it set back up Thursday evening. Afterwards, I planned on making an order of Mini Blueberry Swirl Cheesecakes that were due out Friday morning so that I could rest a bit on Friday, but gosh no, I forgot to get a lemon the day before. Soooo, meeee, half brushed hair, looking a whole mess, was at the grocery store at 7a buying A lemon. (using vinegar was not an option that time🤣)
It’s Saturday and I have another packed, fun filled day ahead organizing and adding another 5-shelf stand to the mix. I’m overflowing with the many different boxes I use, plus I just brought in a ton of new bakeware and haven’t switched over and gotten rid of the other stuff. I also added another stand mixer to my previous team of 3. “Big Mama” will ONLY be used for Regular yeast breads like Caramel Pecan Rolls, Cinnamon Rolls, King Cakes, etc…. The two KitchenAid mixers I use regularly were not handling the doughs well. One mixer, Mary Edna, is pretty old and was my grandmother’s mixer. It is now used for buttercreams and whipped toppings. “Bruno” is newer KitchenAid and not built well enough for whole orders of yeast bread during the 5 minute knead cycle. “Clyde” is only used for gluten free orders and stored elsewhere. I look forward to putting Big Mama to use and making delicious, homemade, from scratch goodies for your next celebration.
