First and foremost my apologies for not posting much lately (business in the winter and spring slows down).Tonight for the first time in the history of Country Star Confections our cupcakes made it on to a restaurant menu!Pecan cupcake with bourbon cream cheese icing and a maple drizzle were one of the dessert features on the Saint Clair Golf Club's special "Derby Day" menu.Thank you everyone for the overwhelming support.Just remember you can't beat vintage recipes with a modern twist!
