We’ve been getting a lot of requests for pizza lately —thank you, it means a lot.

For those who may not know, our availability is limited right now. My wife, Jacquelyn, has been deployed to the Middle East since September, so I’m balancing home life, the kids, and the business until she returns.

We’re still firing up the oven when we can — just on a more limited schedule right now.

🚨 We’re BACK at Baffin Brewing Co. this Sunday! 🚨
2:00–6:00 PM • St. Clair Shores

Baffin is where our pop-up journey really took off during COVID. Some days we’d show up and the line was 50 people deep — we would sell 160 pizzas in an hour, and then spend the next four hours cooking them all!

We’re excited to return this Sunday and fire up the oven again.

Friendly wait-time breakdown (with real math):
Each pizza takes about 4 minutes total — that includes:

✅ Stretching the dough
✅ Building the pizza
✅ 90–120 seconds in the 1,000° oven
✅ Cutting, boxing, and serving

So if there are 5 people ahead of you and everyone orders just 1 pizza:

5 pizzas × 4 minutes = 20 minutes
Add yourself as order #6 → ~24 minutes total

That’s why early rushes can stack up quickly. Nothing is pre-made — every pizza comes out fresh, hot, and worth the wait.

Grab a beer, relax, check out the taproom, and we’ll keep the pies flying.

We’re excited to announce a location change (25600 Jefferson Avenue) for this Sunday’s pop-up ➡️ we’ll be cooking at Motor City Design Works, just a few blocks away!

Katie and her team have been huge supporters of our pizza, and now we get the chance to spotlight her amazing new showroom and business. While you’re grabbing a pie, you can also step inside and check out the Motor City Design Works showroom—it’s a perfect chance to see what they’re all about!

🍕 Pre-orders are officially closed (thank you for the overwhelming support 🙌), but we’ll be working in walk-ups all day as they come.
