🥐❤️ prepping croissants for the weekend! Summer time for me means 250+ croissants in a shift 🥵 luckily our mini split is getting repaired today after almost a month without A/C yay!!!!!

It's summer now!! 🍓🍓 got our first load of local strawberries from Little Sprouts Garden and we're ready to get busy making jam, pastries and ice cream!

Our menu is online now, preordering open for Father's Day weekend. You'll see Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble Galettes (with all local fruit), Maple Walnut Croissants (Adam's favorite) and lots more! Preordering open through Thursday evening or until items are sold out.

Our fruit preserves are now available in Rogers City at the amazing Woodland Confectionery!

Garlic Croissant Pull Aparts and lots of other croissant options on the menu this week 🥐❤️

🍦🍦Also, we've been dreaming for years about getting a soft serve machine and mayyyybe this is finally the summer to do it (the beloved VT maple creemees but NE Michigan??) We have lots of bakery made flavor ideas (we're planning to make our own base) we would love to eat but have to make sure someone's buying, obvs.

Spent some time this weekend exploring - P got his own little loupe and found lots of plants to examine and we visited the Grand Canyon of NE Michigan 🤣 aka the sinkholes north of Alpena. As usual when exploring locally we were the only people around...definitely worth checking out some of these off the beaten path sites if you're looking for some peace and quiet.

Anyway! Our new menu is online now. Preordering open through Thursday PM and pickup is Saturday 10-3pm 🥐❤️🥖

We'll have lots of shortbread, ice cream sandwich and croissant options.

Cinnamon Swirl Croissants in the works for the weekend 🌀✨️

Did you know croissants are a 3 day process when made traditionally? That's even longer than sourdough bread! It's a labor of love and takes many years of practice to nail down (since graduating pastry school in 2008 to be exact🤪)

Preordering is open through tonight on our website. We have a fun menu with 2 special croissants (plus our regular lineup of 5 types), 4 flavors of ice cream sandwiches, 5 different shortbread options and lots more. We hope to see you Saturday 10-3pm!
