Unfortunately, the Bread Barn will be closed tomorrow (Saturday 10/17). I was sick yesterday but am feeling better today and want to make sure the fever stays away.

In other news, it's soup season, baby!

I made some yummy soup to help 🤤 made the broth from our homegrown chicken (then the meat went into the soup), home grown potatoes from a friend, beef from Fischer Farm & Cattle Co., and frozen carrots 😅 and some fresh bread for dipping, of course

1/2 off Monday today! There's some chocolate cinnamon rolls and regular cinnamon rolls left (heated up taste just like freshly baked 🤤), a couple bagels and chocolate chip cookies!

Sourdough bread made with 100% fresh milled flour 😍 I used organic hard red wheat and organic einkorn.

The first picture is a sourdough sandwich loaf (which has honey and avocado oil) and the second loaf is just regular sourdough.

Next time I will adjust my oven temperature and baking time to hopefully get a soft crust but they turned out better then I expected 😊
