Join us for cooking classes, pop-up dining experiences, artisan bakery releases, and Dinner Crafts meal drops—crafted in small batches and shared with our community. Lemon & Sage Artisan Kitchens, Bakery and Market was founded in 2015 out of a desire to provide an alternative to mass-produced, processed food for our local community. Simultaneously, we provide opportunities for small businesses to

flourish and bring a vibrant addition to Main Street Springville, UT. We strive to offer a combination of quality and value that can only come from local artisans, chefs, and skilled cooks, working with the finest ingredients to create dishes, condiments, and baked goods for their own community. Our Kitchens & Bakery were created to help locals launch small food businesses, while the Marketplace was created as a place where you can confidently pick up a healthy and ready-made dinner for the family, a jar of savory pasta sauce slow-cooked to perfection, or a delicious cake for that special occasion. Originally from Scotland, Joanna began baking sourdough as a way to reconnect with the kind of real, nourishing bread she grew up with—and to better support her family’s health.

Inspired by generations of bakers before her, including her grandfather and great-grandfather, her bread is rooted in tradition, long fermentation, and a deep care for quality ingredients.

This month’s drop features her soft sourdough rolls that are naturally fermented, beautifully textured, and the perfect complement to this month’s meals.
