The forecast is calling for rain this Saturday, but we'll still be at the Springhill Farmers Market with fresh baked goods in hand!

Because of the weather, we'll be bringing a smaller batch than usual to help reduce waste and ensure everything is as fresh as possible. If you've had your eye on a favorite item, we recommend coming early while supplies last.

We appreciate everyone who braves the weather to shop local and support small businesses. Your support means the world to our family bakery.

Made with a generous amount of ingredients traditionally used to support breast milk production, these cookies are both delicious and purposeful.

What's inside?

🌾 Oats – A favorite among nursing mothers, oats are rich in iron and complex carbohydrates that may help support milk supply and provide lasting energy.

🌱 Flaxseed – Contains healthy fats and phytoestrogens that are commonly believed to help support lactation while adding fiber and nutrition.

✨️ Brewer's Yeast – One of the most popular ingredients found in lactation recipes, brewer's yeast is rich in B vitamins, protein, and minerals that may help support milk production.

What makes ours different? 🤔

Many store-bought lactation cookies contain only small amounts of these ingredients per cookie. Which is lften not enough to make a meaningful contribution to your daily intake. The Bakehouse usually gets at least a couple of packages every week, but this week is on a whole different level. Between supplies, market gear, and a few exciting new additions, our poor mail carrier is about to earn her paycheck! 😂

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I will not be able to attend the Magnolia Farmer's Market this weekend.

I was looking forward to seeing everyone and sharing fresh baked goods with you, and am sorry for any inconvenience! Thank you for your understanding and continued support of my small bakery!
