I was influenced by Instagram and decided to burn some midnight oil to make these for today! Toasted honey oat. Very lightly sweet, brushed with a little honey water at the end of the bake. This may be a permanent flavor on my lineup! They’ll be available at Cappelli's Country Gardens this afternoon and tomorrow!

Hello everyone! I’m back! Spring is in the air and so is the smell of fresh sourdough! I’ve spent the cold winter refining my technique, for a lighter loaf that’s less dense and more flavorful! I’ve made a small batch of classic sourdough loaves and will have them for sale at Cappellis Country Gardens today and tomorrow! Please support my small business, and give me feedback! I’m looking forward to this sourdough baking season and some fun flavor combinations.

Look at this. LOOK. AT. THIS. I refined my cinnamon bread. If you’ve tried the old recipe you HAVE to try this one. I put the cinnamon and sugar IN the dough, plus layered more in and rolled it up like a cinnamon roll. It’s so good. My sons ate about half of this test loaf and wanted more! I think that speaks for itself. I will ALSO have cheesy roasted garlic available this weekend. Come get yours at Cappellis Country Gardens!

Good morning everyone! This weekend, I have Croissant Style, Everything Bagel, and ( back by popular demand) Blueberry Lemon. The croissant style is sourdough dough, layered with an entire stick of shredded butter ( and then some 😉). My aunt, who is my number one taste tester and critic, has declared it her favorite. I’ll be dropping off fresh loaves at Cappellis Country Gardens around 10:00am!
