Good morning everyone! Would anyone be interested In ordering some sides for thanksgiving? I’m getting a feel for interest before I make up a menus.
What I’m thinking is pans of home made dressing ( my Italian grandmas sausage and chestnut recipe), and home made Mac and cheese.
Please comment if you’re interested and add in the comments if there’s something else you’d like. All pans would be picked up from my home in Springfield and frozen. So all you have to do is pop them in the oven and enjoy!

I was influenced by Instagram and decided to burn some midnight oil to make these for today! Toasted honey oat. Very lightly sweet, brushed with a little honey water at the end of the bake. This may be a permanent flavor on my lineup! They’ll be available at Cappelli's Country Gardens this afternoon and tomorrow!

Jalapeño cheddar sourdough. My husband’s favorite! We like to toast it in a skillet with butter, and top it with avacado and an over easy egg. Best Sunday brunch at home ever. Get yours at Cappellis country gardens! I also have everything bagel ( wonderful with cream cheese) and plain

Hello everyone and happy Friday Eve! This weekend, at my husbands request, I will be making jalapeño cheddar loaves, in addition to everything bagel ( delicious with cream cheese) and plain. They will be available this weekend at cappellis country gardens!

Happy Mother’s Day weekend! I will be dropping off fresh bread starting today, at Cappellis Country Gardens!! This weekend I have plain, cinnamon swirl, and pesto cheese. The cinnamon swirl would make great French toast for Mother’s Day brunch. Ask me how I know…. Hello everyone! I’m back! Spring is in the air and so is the smell of fresh sourdough! I’ve spent the cold winter refining my technique, for a lighter loaf that’s less dense and more flavorful! I’ve made a small batch of classic sourdough loaves and will have them for sale at Cappellis Country Gardens today and tomorrow! Please support my small business, and give me feedback! I’m looking forward to this sourdough baking season and some fun flavor combinations.
