Sweet South Baking Company Custom cakes, cookies, cupcakes, and more! For the most part, I am a one woman show! I have been baking nearly all my life.

We are a licensed and inspected bakery located in a 100+ year old building on the historic town square in Byhalia, MS. My fondest childhood memories involve baking, either real or with playdough, ha! After teaching and baking on the side for 13 years, I finally took the leap of faith and went full time bakery! I currently do not have any "open" hours. ed pickup only. Occasionally, I will post "extras" from the kitchen that are available for pickup. This new adventure has proved to be overwhelming! I love it, for sure, but I'm definitely still adjusting. My inbox is full, 24/7, which is a huge blessing, but it is hard to keep up and bake. Not only am I the baker and decorator, I am the secretary, dishwasher, janitor, delivery girl, clean up crew, etc, as well! So, if you do not have an immediate answer to a question, it's probably because I'm in the kitchen, working away. Ensuring your cake goes out the door on time and is better than you even imagined is my top priority, so messages are answered after cakes are out the door.
