Since this seems to be a running issue lately. One thing I will not tolerate in our local baking community is hate, drama, or publicly bashing other bakers.

There are plenty of orders to go around, and there is room for all of us to succeed. We should be supporting, encouraging, and hyping each other up—not tearing one another down.

Mistakes happen in every business. If there is an issue, it should be handled privately and respectfully rather than turned into public negativity. We may not all be friends, and we may not all agree, but we can still choose to be professional and kind.

Let’s support one another, celebrate each other’s successes, and remember that someone else’s success doesn’t not take away from our own.
