100 Mile Bakery In addition to bakery items, we have a cafe and a market for locally produced items! Menu Changes seasonally from week to week, day to day.

The 100 Mile Bakery is a local sourced bakery and market. Our goal is to purchase all our ingredients from within 100 miles of our Downtown Springfield location. Master Baker Leda Hermecz visits farms and mills and interviews producers, distributors and transporters to ensure that the many ingredients she uses for her bakery are produced and processed as close to home as possible.
