I will be at a Night market in Springfield! I attended as a guest last month and it was so much fun. So many cool booths, vintage cars, and live music with lots of dancing. My son loved the kids area with chalk, bubbles, hulahoops, and extra large blocks for building towers.

I knew immediately that I wanted to be a vendor here. It is it a bit further from the locations I normally do my pop ups. I figures this is a great opportunity to serve a new community and introduce them to Flour Mill Baking Company.

So if you're a local or wanna visit a different town, then come see me at First Friday Night Market in Springfield on August 5th from 6pm to 9pm.

Bring your dancing shoes and an appetite!

We are gearing up for another pop up next week! We will be at Inside Out Market on May 21st from 10am to 5pm. We will be making some new cupcakes flavors along with the crowd favorites. We are also making large cookies, muffins, bear claws, and home made pop tarts.
We will also be adding GLUTEN FREE options after popular demand.

Saint Patricks Cake Inspiration
Made from traditional Irish flavors. Yellow cake with chopped walnuts, shredded coconut, and Irish whiskey with a buttery whiskey glaze and caramel buttercream. I mean... come on it's so tasty.
