We’ve had a couple super fun market weekends so far! As people continue to show up, we’ll continue to have some more interesting and fun menus as well as conversations. That’s why we all really go to the market anyway, right?

National Bourbon Week kicks off in 14 days, and we have something happening almost every day! Bardstown will be buzzing, and Circa 1856 Bardstown is right in the middle of the action. Don’t miss your chance to be part of it all. (p.s. no tickets needed!) 🚨

Look, look, I know, I know. I’m bad at this whole social media thing about giving you updates on events and where I’ll be. HOWEVER!

We all know that’s not why you love us, but we’ve got a busy weekend ahead of both Bardstown & Springfield! SO, in light of that, tonight/today, we’ll be at Oil Pros in Springfield, Ky from 5-9pm/sold out. There will be live music, badass cars, an some mini donuts! You know the drill.

Then Saturday (5/30) well be at the Springfield farmers market from 8am-10:30 (short day, I know!) only because we gotta book it to Bardstown for our pizza and sandwich pop up starting at 12(ish)! Oddly enough, it’ll be a roaring good time!

Yall got three chances to come get ya fix! Or three times to indulge yourself!

Come one day, come both, come all three events, be wild?!?! Either way, Come hungry.

Wow, well it's been a wild week! We posted a hiring post and, oh my, did y'all show up!

We do apologize for any lag time on our end to respond to any emails or inquires! So, we've decided to do an open interview process tomorrow (5/26) at our location on 101 opportunity Ct in springfield to be able to give anyone looking for the opportunity a chance.

We'll have 2 interview periods available. One between 8:45-10:00am and one between 3:30pm-5:50pm. We will be doing INDIVIDUAL interviews, so if you arrive and an interview is taking place, please be patient with us.

We are hiring for 1-2 potential positions and would love to follow up with all of our incredible applicants. We hope to see you tomorrow, cheers!

I wish I had words to express the emotions I’m feeling as this year comes to a close. It’s been unbelievable to say the least, we’ve exploded so fast and with so much grit. Long nights, ridiculous hours, early mornings, mistakes, successes, failures, and growth. My word has growth been an understatement.

With that I want to take a moment and reflect, to show love where it’s deserved and to people that have believed it me. The people that never stop to support me, that will go out of their way to believe in me and the products we make. It’s a lie to say it’s been a walk in the park, the truth is anything but that. We survived, we persevered, we continue, as well shall.

The end of the year has presented us with not only the end of a chapter, but the beginning of a tale. The start of a story that will continue on and will be a lesson for all to watch.

We look forward to providing, to serving, to being grateful for this opportunity. We’ll see you all soon, on opportunity court in Springfield.
