Kevin has battled with food and weight for years.

In 2018, he decided to go vegan after attending a yoga retreat that focused on clean living including meals. Kevin eventually lost a total of 115 pounds and has kept the weight off for nearly three years. Over time, Kevin experimented with different vegan meals to create low-fat, low-calorie foods that not only taste good but leave you satisfied without remorse. Kevin has traveled the world, learn

ing about different foods and spices. Now a certified personal trainer, nutritionist and yoga instructor, Kevin wants to bring all aspects of his journey for others to benefit.
