Well I’ve been busy so I have forgotten to post lately. Which isn’t a good thing on social media I guess. Anyways I’ve been working on sourdough sandwich bread and you guys it is so soft and light. Makes amazing sandwiches and has a soft crust. Orders open Monday for Wednesday pickup. Currently making honey oat-plain-and wheat. My new slicer has been a blessing with the soft bread but not so much with crusty loafs.

Sourdough English muffins. Soft on the inside and toast up beautifully on the outside. These were cold proofed for 24 hours.

3 Italian herb Colby Jack.
2 boxes of oatmeal cream pies
2 plain banana bread
2 chocolate chip banana bread
White chocolate macadamia nut cookies 😋🤗

Good morning 🌞 I will be in Old Town Spring today around 10-10:30 so stop by and say hello and pick up something yummy. I have banana bread today and new to the line up are my sourdough oatmeal cream pies 🤗
