Last week and this week the ingredients I need for cinnamon rolls have been in stock!!

Unfortunately, I can’t bake anything because the ingredients I need are out of stock or very limited stock at the stores. Hopefully this will all pass quickly and life can resume again but until then my kitchen is closed 😔

If you plan to be on the go during Spring Break as much as I do these are a quick to pack, taste great, and are fairly healthy.

This week I’ll be making Almond Flour Blondie Bars and Chocolate Protein Balls which will be available for pick up on Thursday, March 5th

🔹Almond Flour Blondie Bars are $12/dozen and include protein powder, natural peanut butter, and minimal sugar.

🔹Chocolate Protein Balls are $12/dozen and are similar to a no bake cookie but sweetened with honey and Swerve and packed full of protein, natural peanut butter, and flax and chia meal.
