[email protected] After all this research, I began eliminating many things from my family's diet.

After my mother's fight with Breast Cancer and Leukemia and my fight with Ulcerative Colitis I began researching food and its effects on the body. We have sought to eliminate as many preservatives from our home as possible. We also nixed bread, pasta and dairy (although we occasionally indulge). The foods I make are as "clean" as I can get them, meaning I use ingredients in their purest form, if p

ossible as well as subbing in better ingredients for the originals. There is nothing I am selling that I would not feed my own family, though the breads are a rare treat for them. :)
