We’re selling 14 inch Neapolitan Style pizzas this Friday! We’ve got the classic Marguerita pizza as well as a the spicy Dante’s Inferno pizza made with fresh jalapeños and cup and char pepperoni. These pizzas bake in a super hot 900° oven and are served up hot out of the oven. And for dessert we’ve got scrumptious Olive Oil cake with roasted strawberries. Dm to place your order. Our sourdough pizza is finally here! This Friday, October 10 we’re serving up delicious handmade sourdough pizzas hot out of the oven. Crispy, chewy and delicious! Our dough is naturally fermented and made with a blend of 00 flour, high protein bread flour and whole wheat. These 14 inch pizzas are baked to order in a super hot 750° oven. Sourdough pizza is here! This Friday, October 10 we’ll be serving up hot out of the oven sourdough pizza. Our dough is long fermented and made with a blend of OO flour, high protein bread flour and whole wheat. Crispy and chewy and delicious. DM us to place your order. See you soon!

We’ve been hard at work here in the bakery to bring you guys sourdough pizzas! We’re still in the R&D stage but we hope to start at the end August. Look forward to big ‘ol New York style 16 inch classic cheese and pepperoni pizzas as well as our Pizza de Elote, made with roasted corn, house made Mexican crema, Tajín, Valentina hot sauce, fresh cilantro and lime. Who’s ready? 🙋🏻‍♂️
