Dear Spokane, you are an incredible. We have exceeded the Strahan request for dinner Saturday to honor Sam. Spokane individuals & businesses have graciously insured this. First and foremost: this past 8 days have been tragic & difficult- as an entire community. This might be my most important message in this time of turmoil: there must be the intention by all of us, the will, to find a way to move forward as one. We must not be complacent in doing “just enough”. There is no substitute for the effort of continuous support that develops a strong "will" which, ultimately, is what we all need in order to recognize the opportunity to help each other & overcome the devastation of Freeman, support our Freeman community, Ami, Emily & Sam,-& all the families.Unite, remain Freeman Strong-Spokane Strong.
