Making sour dough starter kits!

For 20💵 you can get a sourdough starter kit
Your starter kit will come with instructions on how to feed it as well as the ingredients to feed your sour dough for 5 days, and some recipes to use your sourdough starter in.

It is time!

I have waited YEARS to do this and now it is officially time to announce that I am finally opening Baker On The Inside, this time as Baker and Chef On The Inside.

With being a stay at home parent and having wanted to open my bakery for years, I feel now is the BEST time to open it.

There are changes, as you can see I added Chef to my name, that means I'm cooking as well as baking. Another change I'm making to keep things fresh is to do everything pre-made and ready-to-bake/ready-to-cook, because I truly believe there is a baker and a chef on the inside of everyone; for an additional cost I can still cook and bake things so they're ready to eat.

There will be more updates to come, especially as we approach the winter holidays.

It feels so good to be back! And now my chef coats from baking school are so big, it feels even better!

Made in the final quarter of the SCC baking program, for a customer with a grey tabby.
This was a lot of work, as I had never done such a large fondant cake with so many curves, it wasn't all that large, but when you're doing something that has a head and legs, it's kind of large. I love cats, and was very excited to be able to make this cake. I don't have all of the steps in here, I was in the tone and couldn't stop. It's covered in fondant that I airbrushed on.
