This week was a tough one. Between overproofed dough and dozens of cookies that ended up in the trash, there was more waste than I’d like to admit.

But that’s part of learning and growing. I’m grateful for everyone who continues to support Lake + Bake Market. Every order truly means the world to me- thank you for sticking with me during the chaos 🩷
