Y’all!! Spring is coming!! Roses are budding out, daffodils and freesias are popping, my lisianthus survived the winter, tulips are coming up and iris are starting to come up!! Dara has sprouted, and I may even have spotted a couple dahlias! Flowers will be here soon and I can’t wait!!!

Y’all, went walking through the pasture and daffodils and freesias are poking up already with this warm weather! Spring is getting closer and I can’t wait for growing season the start! Won’t be long and seed starting will be happening!

Starting a new year and working on lots behind the scenes! Entering year 5 and some HUGE changes coming and it’s going to be amazing! I just want to thank everyone for following me on this journey and for helping me get to this point!

FYI …my chickens haven’t slowed down laying eggs and I’m getting a dozen a day! Selling them for $5/dozen. Let me know if you want some!

I can’t believe it is time to start putting in your Thanksgiving orders! I book up fast, so the earlier you get your name on the list, the better! As always, whatever you want and whatever allergens to be mindful of. I will have all orders ready for Thanksgiving by the 26th, but if you need it earlier or for that weekend, please specify the date. I’ve been working on my decorating, so if you order cake, cupcakes or frosted cookies…be prepared to be amazed! 😁 florals and leaves have been extremely fun and definitely fill the void since the flowers for the year are done.

It’s market day!!!! Everything is done, and getting loaded up…may have been up until wee hours of the morning to finish…BUT it’s all ready to go!! Will have some good variety and a variety of allergens omitted to choose from. I’m so excited and nervous at the same time! 😬 If you’re in the area or willing to make the drive, it’s from 10-5 at the Independence Tractor Supple on 291 and I’ll be there until I sell out!

Alright y’all…market this Saturday and the “menu” is set and have been busy in the evenings making everything! I’m so excited to share everything and can’t wait to meet y’all! Come stop by and see me! I’ll have everything gluten free and then the others vary a bit on the allergens omitted, but there will be chocolate chip banana bread, pumpkin bread, chocolate chip banana bread, jalapeno apple butter cinnamon rolls, chocolate hazelnut pie, peach pie, lemon bars, vanilla chai snickerdoodles and pumpkin cookie with whipped brown sugar cinnamon frosting! All recipes that I have created and tinkered with to taste amazing and like nothing was omitted or different at all.

Flower season on the farm is sadly coming to an end soon. These cold mornings have not been nice for the summer flowers, BUT that means the baking season is ramping up and I’ve been busy testing new recipes! Vanilla chai snickerdoodles, jalapeno apple butter cinnamon rolls, pumpkin cookie with whipped brown sugar cinnamon icing, apple cinnamon coffee cake and of course the favorite pumpkin bread with and without chocolate chips. All gluten free of course and with different allergens omitted and playing with substitutions to make them irresistible and just like the ones that have all of those normal ingredients. I promise, you won’t notice a difference! Don’t miss out on Saturday and as always, you can put in an order for whatever you fancy!
