One of our most popular treats—we form dozens of these before the weekend begins, baking them fresh each morning.

Finished with fresh orange icing and a slice of soft candied orange, they’re sure to bring a smile to every customer.

A dough’s journey, from flour to your table. Baked with love at Walker Bakeshop, every time.

It all starts here, with a bowl of flour. Add water, salt, and yeast, and the work begins.

The dough gets stretched and folded by hand — until it comes together, then shaped into loaves and left to rise. Just before the oven, each loaf is scored with a few quick cuts, so it opens up as it bakes and makes each one unique.

After 18hrs start-to-finish, the loaves are golden, crackling and cooling on the rack, ready to come home with you.

Leaf season brings a lot of new faces to our door. Here’s what they don’t see.

By the time you get to the counter, most of the work is already done. Croissant dough has been rolled out, cut, and shaped by hand. Sourdough has been scored one loaf at a time. Every danish has been filled with a spoon, and every scone topped by hand before it hits the shelf.

Whether it’s your first visit or your fiftieth, you know your treat is made fresh and with love every time.
