Good morning! I am taking orders for this week- Thursday 3:00-5:00 pick up. Please text or PM me your order by Tuesday night.

I will be taking the summer off from baking to focus on things at home. I wanted to bake a couple weeks before the break in case any of you needed to stock up on some favorites.

I won’t be baking for the next 2 weeks (5/28 & 6/4) as hubby and I are taking a vacation, celebrating our 25 yr anniversary! 🥳

If you’d like to bring some delicious carb comfort to these cold days, PM or text me by Tuesday end of day. What is your favorite?

If you’d like to bake something yourself with fresh milled flour, let me know! Hard red or white wheat is best for yeast (or sourdough) breads, soft wheat and the ancient grains (einkorn, spelt, & khorasan) are best for pastries, cakes, cookies, muffins, etc.

Other great uses for fresh milled flour is homemade cream of wheat, cocoa wheats, or even your baby cereal!

Store bought versions are loaded with fortified, synthetic vitamins that are very difficult for the body to process (not to mention kinda bland). Making it at home is SUPER easy, packed with natural nutrition and delicious flavor!
