Happy Friday, friends 🤍
Today was a busy, flour-filled day of baking and order pickups, and I just want to say a huge thank you for all the support lately. Every order, share, and kind word truly means so much to my little business.
One thing I love about sourdough is the slow fermentation process. If you didn't know, all of my loaves are fermented for a minimum of 24 hours, giving each one its flavor, texture, and unique character ✨
I’m still a young baker learning and growing every week, and I’m so grateful you’ve all been on this journey with me. It’s amazing to look back and see how far things have come in just 6 months 🤍
And yes… the Everything Bagel Cream Cheese Sourdough was a HUGE hit 👏🥯 It may have earned a permanent spot on the menu!
