Wildflour Bake Shop & Market Enjoy artisan bread, pastries and unique market goods! Wildflour is an artisan bake shop and market located on Grand Avenue in historic, downtown Spencer.

Using sourdough, heirloom grains and fresh, quality ingredients, our bakers craft wholesome, decadent breads and pastries. Pizza and custard will be on the menu a few nights a week (coming soon), and our market is stocked with unique items to fill your fridge and pantry!

Well Wildflour friends, this is the last weekend we will be open in our current space. There are truly no words to express our gratitude for the kindness and support we have been shown throughout this journey, but rest assured, we are looking forward to seeing you again when the mobile operation is up and running! Come on in and grab some goodies before they are gone (and before you are snowed in for the weekend)! The quiche reheats beautifully in the oven and is great for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Happy New Year! As we continue to create a sustainable business model that meets the needs of our family and you all, our amazing customers, we wanted to share that we have made the decision to move our operation to a mobile business. We will maintain our Friday and Saturday 7-2 hours in our current location on Grand Avenue through January, and we will close starting February 1st to begin the transition, with hopes of reopening as quickly as possible thereafter.

Please come in and use your gift cards throughout January, and we will honor any unused gift cards when we reopen!

We greatly appreciate you all and your willingness to grow and shift with our business (and family) so we can continue to provide the baked goods you have come to love! Keep an eye on our page, as we will put more information about how the mobile business will work, including what days we will be where, hours of operation, how to preorder etc!
