There’s a definite downside to being an optimist. 🤦‍♀️ Unfortunately, our store will not be ready to open this week, but please keep an eye out for the open signs to light up and the new donut banner to fly next week (first week of June!). I’m not going to throw out dates anymore, but sometime next week. I’m sorry to anyone who’s been counting down the days. I promise, I miss making donuts with a passion at this point, and it breaks my heart every time I see someone walk up to the door just to discover that we are closed still. I’m so looking forward to seeing you soon and serving you again!

Here are some of the improvements that have happened in the past week. We received the fryer! I reupholstered the booths. And, I’ve been able to spend some quality time with my dogs lately while the rest of my family went on a trip to Colorado. 🥰 Not in the bakery, don’t worry! 😉

For anyone dying to know what is going on here…

We are continuing to renovate the space, and waiting on equipment to arrive. But there has definitely been some good progress! 🙌

The sign is up outside, the hood is installed, and the decorating process continues (see photo of sprinkle wall!).

 As most of us know, progress doesn’t happen overnight, and often doesn’t happen according to my schedule, haha! My hope was that we would be open this week at the latest, but it appears that we still have another week to wait, so thank you for your patience! I’m hoping to open the doors on May 28, but of course, I can’t make any promises! Please continue to keep an eye out for the open sign to light up. We hope to serve you again soon! This time with the yeast donuts!!

Hello everyone! This is just a reminder that we will not be open tomorrow (Saturday, April 25th), and for the following 2-3 weeks. We will be closing to get the hood and fryer installed (so I can make donuts again!), and when you come back, we will have a new look as well! Keep an eye out for updates through my page, or just watch for the open sign to light up again!

For today, we still have lots of goodies and coffee for you to enjoy! Stop in and see us 😊

Please forgive me for getting this post out so late in the week. I wanted to get a picture of a full case, but the cake donuts have been selling fast!😂

This week we will be closed on Saturday and for the next 2 (or so) weeks while the fryer and hood get installed! I’m super excited to be bringing you all some yeast donuts again! I have no idea exactly how long this will take, but I’m hoping we will be ready to open again sometime mid-May. I will post when that time comes!

We will be open Thursday and Friday this week still! This week we have:

-banana madness cake (banana cake with peanut butter & cream cheese frosting, fresh bananas between the layers, as well as chocolate ganache!)

Happy Saturday! I hope you get to enjoy a day off and time with friends and family! We get to enjoy the spring weather today with soccer 😊 I hope it’s not too windy!!

While you’re out and about, stop by for a great coffee drink and some goodies! Bring your kids, grandkids, in-laws, whoever!! This will be the last day (for a while, anyway) for Dubai chocolate cake (my new favorite cake!), and strawberry lemon cake donuts.

Other items we have available: lots of cake donuts!! Chocolate, vanilla, maple, blueberry lemon, and as I mentioned, the special for the week: strawberry lemon.
Scones: blackberry white chocolate and maple oat.
Sourdough focaccia: cinnamon roll, bacon cheddar and sticky pecan.
Caramel rolls and pecan rolls.
Cookies: frosted sugar, or with fruit added, and monster cookies.
Bars: chocolate-peanut butter-caramel Rice Krispie bars.
Cake: Dubai chocolate, which is a dense, rich, moist chocolate cake with “Dubai” filling (sweetened pistachio butter with crunchy kataifi) and chocolate ganache between the layers, frosted with a silky, decadent chocolate frosting!! 😋
