The Pigeons have returned to the coop mostly full time. If you need things baked, get with the Head Pigeon (Sydney Alexandré McMath)! Baking cinnamon coffee cakes regularly. 10$ each, serves 9. Or 1. We don’t judge.

Edit: Per prior questions, no pigeons are *actually* in the kitchen where baking occurs! They’re too busy being government drones. 🐦😅

Pigeons are baking again! Pumpkin bread with white chocolate and coconut (or any variation therein) and coffee cake. Place orders ASAP! Pumpkins are 15$, coffees are 10$. They come in decorated disposable/reusable aluminum pans with dome lids. 🐦🐦🐦🐦🐦

The Head Pigeon will be back in the kitchen baking pumpkin while chocolate coconut bread, coffee cakes, and brownies from July 20-August 3. Contact me for ordering info! I could also probably be coerced into making dark/white chocolate bark with black sesame and matcha (pictured below).
Hopefully I will be set up one Saturday at the Hub City Farmers' Market but no promises ;)

Ok so my next jaunt is set for March 10. I will be available to make the same things I made in December (coffee cake, white chocolate coconut pumpkin bread), as well as anything else you desire. I think I will also offer whole cakes, such as orange dreamsickle cakes.
