So Here is my basket for the raffle today - 12 Pack Mini Cupcake Sampler (2 of each-Classic White, Lemon, Orange Sherbet, Peaches & Cream, Strawberry, Red Velvet), 6" Orange Sherbet Bundt Cake, Little Chocolate Fudge Bundt Cake (made famous by the Cellar on Evergreen), a dozen Coconut Macaroon (naturally gluten free), 6 Chocolate Chip Cookies, 16 oz. Jar Twin Oaks Mountain Organic Blueberry Jam with lid cover cozy hat (these were made for me by Betty Sue Kilgore before she passed away, I've been giving them away sparingly since there will be no more once they are gone), 3 oz Jar Twin Oaks Mountain Old Fashioned Organic Apple Butter, 1.5 pounds Fresh-picked Twin Oaks Mountain Organically Grown Blueberries all packed in a Progressive Plastics Half Bushel Basket with removable handle (you will have to unhook it to get the cake out 😆) $75 Value - but if you have a sweet tooth and don't bake it's priceless!

🎒 LET'S KICK OFF THE SCHOOL YEAR TOGETHER! 📚

The Alleghany County Sheriff's Office is excited to host our Back-to-School Event on Monday, August 10, from 5:00–7:00 PM at the Sparta School Gymnasium!

Thanks to the incredible support of our community, students and their families can enjoy free school supplies and backpacks (while supplies last), fun activities, the Sheriff's Wagon Train, free food, and free haircuts for students in need.

This event is about our community coming together to help every student start the school year with confidence. We are grateful for the many organizations, businesses, churches, agencies, and volunteers whose generosity makes this event possible.

We hope you'll join us for an evening of fun, fellowship, and community as we celebrate the beginning of a new school year. We look forward to seeing you there! 🍎✏️🎒

Ended July with a small wedding cake with matching cupcakes, birthday cakes, lots of cupcakes, little bundt cakes, Lemon Meringue Pie, Little Chocolate Silk Pies, Little Blueberry Tart Pies, Blueberry cookies, Blueberry Biscuits, Blueberry Cobbler... and August has just begun...

Baked cupcakes for Little Pine Covenant Brethren Church VBS this evenIng - had some left so will be selling them to support the Scouts at our concession stand tomorrow evening $2 each come out to the Alleghany Fairgrounds and support the GCVFD and Pack and Troop 299.

Happy 250th Birthday America! Been super busy for the 4th of July - got everything finished and delivered this morning. Not going anywhere else today - been baking nonstop for 3 days other than when I went to Alleghany County's 250th celebration on Thursday to deliver 200 mini cupcakes and to do a flag retirement ceremony with the scouts. Baked 350 mini cupcakes. 5 dozen regular size cupcake, 13 little bundt cakes for The Cellar on Evergreen, 1 quarter sheet, 1 full sheet, 2 - 8" cakes and 1 - 6" cake, plus I baked 300 minis last week for the Senior Center 250th celebration and cakes for my great-grandaughter Marcy's 1st birthday and took to Hudson, NC. I haven't baked that much in a long time! I pooped! Thank you to everyone for allowing me to be part of your celebration! God Bless America!

So a couple weeks ago while I was at Cubscout Camp someone walked off with my phone so I had to get a new one. When I recover my info from the cloud and downloaded to my new phone I lost some of my contacts, chats, text messages, photos and other files. So if you have been in contact with me about an order and haven't heard back from me you might want to reach out again.
