Welcome to Mama Fatcakes! A family-owned home-style restaurant and bakery located in Sparta, MO.

What started out as baking for friends and family, turned into a business adventure five years ago for Tara Johnson. After outgrowing the home bakery, Tara, along with the help of her husband and two boys, opened the new local restaurant and bakery - Mama Fatcakes!

Tara fell in love with baking and cake decorating as a child watching her grandmother in the kitchen. Her passion for homemade (from scratch) baking and cooking continues to grow every day. Mama Fatcakes is proud to be a part of the Sparta community.
