Cutting your cakes properly.

This is how you cut a custom cake you guys. I can’t stress this enough. If you are ever getting a cake from me or any Baker for that matter. This is how you get your proper servings. You DO NOT in any way shape or form cut a custom cake like a regular cake. Do if you dare but you’ll run out of cake in a heartbeat. I assure you. My cakes are very high in height usually so cutting it in wedges will be way too big. Especially for kid parties. So this is why it’s important to let me know how many people you are accommodating with the cake so I can make sure you have the right size tiers. This is a 10 inch cake. (not my cake)

You do this method with each tier! Remove the support dowel sticks or straws that are there for support and start cutting. A good cutting knife is vital. Or you can pay me for cake cutting services, definitely recommended for weddings. Whichever you choose is fine.
