🌸 I made another batch of Peony Jelly this morning! Look at the difference in color from the first batch, which used more of the dark pink/fuchsia blooms. Both gorgeous, but SO different even with the same recipe.

The lighter one is more floral and zingy, lighter and sweet like honey.

The darker one is still very floral, but has a slightly deeper honey flavor and an almost nutty almond or marzipan finish.

So cool! Nature is amazing and I am so excited to be able to share this with everyone. 🩷

🩷 Fabric Scrap Garland 🩷

These garlands are made from the leftover fabric scraps created when I cut the fabric covers for my homemade jams and jellies. Rather than throwing those pieces away, I give them a second life as charming cottage-style garlands.

Reducing waste and making thoughtful use of what I already have is important to me. I believe in reusing, repurposing, and finding beauty in things that might otherwise end up in the trash. Each garland is one-of-a-kind, made from a unique mix of fabric remnants, making no two exactly alike.

What began as a way to reduce waste has become one of my favorite ways to create something beautiful from what was left behind.
