Pesto Parmesan sourdough focaccia!! Crispy golden edges, fluffy little air pockets, herby pesto, and Parmesan in every bite. 😭
I might be a little biased, but this one is SO good. The kind of bread you cut into “just to try a piece” and somehow keep coming back for more. 😂
Be honest… are you eating this dipped in olive oil, with a bowl of soup, or straight off the cutting board? 👀👇🏼

Just a little reminder to myself that I really do love this. 🤎

The dough days, the early mornings, the flour everywhere… all of it.

I’m so grateful I get to know the little ways of sourdough. To understand what my starter is telling me, feel the dough change under my hands, and watch a loaf go from a sticky mess to something I’m proud to put on a table.

Not every bake or every event is going to be a win, and that’s okay. 😂 I’m just grateful I get to keep learning, keep baking, and keep doing something I genuinely love. 🥖🤎

Still trying to wrap my head around this one. 🥹🤎
Another year, another sold-out event — but this year I brought more than double what I brought last year… nearly 200 handmade items, all made in my little home oven. And somehow, you all sold me out in 30 minutes. 😭
I truly don't have the words to express how grateful I am. Every person who comes back year after year, and every new face who gives my bread a try means more to me than you know.
What started as something I made in my kitchen has grown into something I never could have imagined. Thank you for continuing to support my little bakery and for letting me keep doing what I love. 🥖🤎

Made with my sourdough starter, rich browned butter, and plenty of chocolate, they're perfectly crisp on the edges and soft in the center.

To celebrate their debut, every loaf order this week will come with one complimentary cookie 🍪 so you can give them a try.
