A good friend of mine found a cute mason jar style cake that she wanted, but asked if I could use cupcakes to make it. I said of course. Then the remaining 5 cupcakes went on the side. (She ordered 2 dozen) Plus, she ALWAYS orders lemon everything and I always make her candied lemons. This year I put the rest in a little mason jar bag just for her. Happy birthday, Beth.
