Iβm not going to offer any Thanksgiving special orders this year . I will be retrieving my son after he flies in from college in Montana on Sunday and weβll be doing a series of testing etc...

On today's menu we have Four Onion Soup with Thyme, a delicious in-house creation by our chef, Kat Courant π² Pick up a few bowls for takeout this evening, and we promise that it will warm you right up on this damp October day (it will also make your kitchen smell so good!). Served with a hearty slice of bread from Little Notch Bakery π₯
This soup is dairy-free and gluten-free without the bread.
The pizza was amazing as was the blueberry tarts and scones (love Mondays!) The service is incredible especially during these tough times, my Akita loved them, lol.
Purchased a 6 pack of their double chocolate peanut butter cookies today. They were dry and tasted like they were over baked. Very disappointing.

I have been buying your breads for a number of years and enjoy many, especially your sourdough. Over time, the quality has fallen. The bread still tastes good but the amount of holes has risen significantly. Before you comment that it is in the nature of the bread, i would say it didn't used to be and it is now next to useless if you wish to spread anything on it. (see attached) Almost as much air as bread. I hope there is something you can do to make it like it used to be.
