Hi friends 💗
Just wanted to share a quick update with you all-
This bakery is SUCH A BLESSING to me, always. But last week took so much out of me. After prepping and baking for two of what I anticipated to be my biggest events ever, within a 7 day span, I quite literally worked myself into the ground. Although one of the events was a giant success and one didn’t pan out so well, it’s never for nothing 🫶🏻
I learned so much, and I am so proud of myself for pushing myself to a new level & accomplishing what I set out to do! I’m so thankful for new customers and relationships forming at every turn! And when it felt like I was going to take a huge loss, God showed me how to turn it into a different type of blessing by offering my goods out to the community and for those in need. What you probably don’t know is that it blessed me just as much as it blessed others. I’m so thankful I had that opportunity & can’t wait to do it again. ❤️
That being said, This week I am happy to say I have a break from events and am enjoying the week at home with my kiddos without 16hr work days, little to no sleep, and hurting feet!
This week I’m excited to focus on pre-orders only and recouping before events start up again next week. 🙂 Orders will open up at 4pm.
All this to say, this job is a gift- I love what I’m doing and I love you all… but if you ever see me going MIA on here, I’m just taking a few days of needed rest 💗🫶🏻
