Next week, May 9th – 15th, is Food Allergy Awareness Week. To help give everyone more delicious ways to celebrate all of life’s moments, we proudly announce the launch of several new additions to our Superior on Main peanut & tree nut free product line for the In-Store Bakery.

Now available, new Shortbread and Chocolate Drizzled Shortbread cookies which are a great sweet treat for everyday snacking occasions and coffee breaks. For this year’s Fall and holiday celebrations, we are introducing Cinnamon Bun Crème Puffs and Peppermint Iced Cookies.

Totally loving this creative and speedy solution for Holiday Mint Whoopie Pies that an inventive consumer sent us using Superior on Main Holiday Sprinkle cookies. They feature a mint buttercream filling between two iced cake cookies, then rolled in chopped mint candies for a quick, yet custom holiday cookie solution.

Share the news! Superior on Main Primary Bakery to Go Peanut and Tree Nut Free.

Since this has been a popular follow-up question - sesame is not used in the facilities that make the Superior on Main branded éclairs, brownies, everyday and seasonal iced cookies, Madeleines, Black & White cookies and handheld pies.

Sara Lee Frozen Bakery announced that its Superior On Main bakery will transition to a completely peanut and tree nut-free production facility.

We are proud to announce that our primary bakery for Superior on Main branded sweet baked goods will be a peanut and tree nut-free facility.

Look for the "Made in a Peanut & Tree Nut Free Facility" statement to debut on in-store bakery packaging labels beginning with our Harvest Holiday seasonal products that will be in stores this Fall. The statement will be added to the everyday Eclairs, brownies, Madeleines, Black & White Cookies, and Iced Cookies during the remainder of the year.
