nching out the label "flour" as "flower." We laughed at the mix-up as I told her "flour as in cooking flour." But something clicked as I looked at that word. It seemed like a sign, a reminder that even mistakes can bloom into something beautiful. From there, the idea for Flower & Dough Bakery was born. What started as a small, family-run operation in our kitchen quickly became a passion project that celebrates creativity, imperfection, and the joy of baking. We love funky, fun, groovy colors, and having a good time with flavors, and we’re proud to share that spirit with you in every bite. Some people come into your life and quietly become part of your family 💚

Lisa has been one of those people for me. From early mornings and late nights at horse shows, to cheering our girls on together, to being there through the highs and the hard days - she’s shown up every single time.

She’s helped keep the Cupcake ATM from not eating its own cake when life got crazy, sat through margarita date nights full of laughter and life talks, and somehow always knows how to make things feel lighter.

And this weekend? She spent part of her own Mother’s Day coming to grab one of our Lemon Blueberry cakes 🫶🏼 which honestly just sums up the kind of friend she is — supportive, thoughtful, and always showing up for the people she loves.

She’s an incredible mom, an amazing friend, and one of the most genuine people I know.

Life gets busy, stressful, messy, and beautiful all at once… and having a friend like Lisa beside me through it all is something I’ll never take for granted.

Love you, friend 💚 Happy Mother’s Day.
