nching out the label "flour" as "flower." We laughed at the mix-up as I told her "flour as in cooking flour." But something clicked as I looked at that word. It seemed like a sign, a reminder that even mistakes can bloom into something beautiful. From there, the idea for Flower & Dough Bakery was born. What started as a small, family-run operation in our kitchen quickly became a passion project that celebrates creativity, imperfection, and the joy of baking. We love funky, fun, groovy colors, and having a good time with flavors, and we’re proud to share that spirit with you in every bite. Thank you for being part of our journey, where flour, flowers, and a lot of love go into everything we make.

I’m claiming bragging rights on this one. 💛💚🧡

If you know me, you know I’m extremely picky about vanilla buttercream. I wanted something that wasn’t overly sweet or heavy - I wanted it to taste like a scoop of real vanilla bean ice cream.

After way too many test batches (seriously… way too many 😅), I finally nailed it.

Light. Fluffy. Creamy. Made with real vanilla bean and a flavor that reminds me of vanilla ice cream.
