This one was fun- a very specific theme for my daughters BFF Kassie (aka Goose), it’s a vanilla almond (dairy free allergy) cake with coconut milk buttercream and strawberry filling. We had to make sure our Kassie girl could enjoy her 18th and not have to worry about allergies! I have several food allergies as well, so I understand her struggles
