Blue berry ANYTHING is always my favorite. So when we came up with our blue berry filling we knew we had to make it deliciously perfect! Here is how some of the steps look :)
First we blend sugar, lemon, like, and a quater of the amount blue berries intill it becomes a liquid
2nd we boil the liquid till it reaches boiling point
3rd we add our thickening agent at the right temperature so it gelatinize
Then finally we add the rest of the blue berries!! So the stay whole, but soften in the batch while they cool down.
