Madelines happen to be my all time favorite cookie. They’re buttery yet light and fluffy. Cookie? Cake? It’s both!

Side note: I’ve had these pans since 2008 and first used them to bake Madelines for my own baby shower when I was pregnant with Rayna. I craved them all the time during that pregnancy!

Last night hosted an corporate event and asked us to make a dessert grazing table with some Asian flair ❤️ We served Ube brownies, Pandan cream cheese crinkle cookies, Vietnamese Snowballs (Mochi!), Matcha tiramisu, and Thai Tea Lemon Parfait with Almond Crunch, Pina Colada cupcakes, Chocolate Chocolate cupcakes, pecan bars, chocolate chip cookies, rice krispy treats, and donut holes.

I don’t think it was enough. Do you? 😂

This hand sculpted cake took over 10 hours of sculpting in honor of Sergeant James’ promotion (Last name colored over for privacy).

I’m finally baaaack and taking orders! DM for order inquires because a party without cake, is just a meeting.

Milk bar style cakes with an Asian twist are my new fav. Fluffy Chinese sponge cake paired with fresh picked NJ blueberry compote, light and delicate whipped vanilla cream, lemon milk bar style crunchies and topped with fresh berries. The combination of lemon and blueberry screams summer while the crunchy and soft textures delight the senses.

** Currently only baking for my long standing clients but hoping to return full time in the fall! Stay tuned!
