NO SUGAR, NO CARB, NO FAT.
Made in just 5 minute ..

How to make dry fruits ladoo or bar
1/2cup almonds
1/4 cashews
2 tbsp raisins
2tbsp Sunflower seeds
2 tbspFlaxseeds
1 tbsp Ghee
1 cup dates
4-5 figs
Cuts the dry fruits evenly or put almonds and cashews in food processor pulse it 2-3 times.
Take a bowl and Add raisins, flasseeds, sunflower seeds or melon seeds, add these cut drydfuits to it.
Now put the dates Ana fig in blender and blend it nicely so that it becomes paste . Don’t add water or any thing in it.
Take the paste out
Now take a wok/ kadai put ghee into it and roast all the dry fruits for 2-3 min so that the moister from the dry fruits evaporates.
Take them out and now add another tsp ghee and roast the paste of fig and dates for 2 mins.
Now put everything together in bowl let it cool a bit till warm and then start making Ladoos or put the mixture in tin on parchment paper and cut.
It’s done..
