While summers have been little slower with sourdough, it's been busy with everything else.

Now that fall is trinkling in and things are slowing down, I can't help but fixate on the thought of warm sandwiches and hot soups.

Here's a pretty loaf I made as a gift last week.

I am not currently supplying bread to Arts in the Burg but that doesn’t mean you can’t still have fresh bread. 🥖 

I am always open to orders. My turn around is 2-3 days. Sourdough is a labor of love and takes a little time for that long ferment that makes it so good. 

The bread I offer:
Traditional, everything seasoned, assorted seeded, pizza (sooo gooood), jalapenos and cheddar, dark chocolate, cranberry and pecan.

Also offer it in different shapes: sandwich style, batards, boules, and minis of all three if you’re a smaller household or want to try something new.
