Want to give a huge thanks to Jasper First Baptist Church & Greg Steele!! So incredibly thankful for this church allowing At the Table Ministry, to use their church kitchen for our first two sourdough workshops. We were able to start our fundraiser for our mission project in India! Such hospitality, kindness , great kitchen, and facility! God bless you all ♥️

Completed Wildflower Bakery’s 2nd sourdough workshop! What fun we had learning sourdough basics, creating a SD starter, hands in the dough, and shaping a loaf to bake and baking we did! The most gorgeous loaves ever ♥️. Finally we had lunch, games, beautiful tears, and new friendships were made! I’m so thankful for these incredible women and their support into our ministry and their love for all things sourdough! 🥖🍞🥐

Learn the art of making sourdough at this extensive workshop! You'll create a starter and practice techniques to make the perfect loaf.

Join us for a hands-on sourdough workshop at Jasper First Baptist Church! Learn the art of making delicious, homemade sourdough bread from scratch. Host and baker, Tabby Phillips, from Wildflower Bakery + Co. will guide you through the entire process, including creating and maintaining a sourdough starter, stretching and folding your loaf, shaping your loaf, and baking your perfect loaf. You will leave the class with an abundance of resources including access to a private Facebook group for people who have taken the class. This in-person event is a great opportunity to connect with fellow bread enthusiasts and hear tips and tricks. A delicious meal of salad, soups, and breads will be provided. Don't miss out on this chance to elevate your bread-making skills! All levels are welcome. All materials provided, but don't forget to wear your favorite apron!
All profits made from the workshop will go towards At the Table Ministry's India Fundraiser. At the Table Ministry is a registered non-profit organization created by Virgil and Tabby Phillips to support mission work locally and in India.
