Ok folks, we continue to have technical difficulties with our IG. Apparently, I broke the rules by trying to follow too many ppl in one day...who knew🤦‍♀️
Anyway, we are in the last leg of rhubarb season and we have strawberry rhubarb handpies today. 😋
Aaaanndd.... made a beautiful chicken vegetable soup. Lunch is on!
We are here 7am - 4pm. Oh, and if you're walking by at 6:30 and see the door open, pop in, theespresso machine is fired up and a few pastries are ready.

Our buttercream starts with an Italian meringue that is then enriched with butter. It's an added step and expense, but, to me it is totally worth the end result. Silky smooth and not excessively sweet.

@wntrinmaplewood is back on Sunday 12/12, 12pm - 4pm, corner of Yale and Springfield Aves. Temps may be on the warmer side, but it's always a good time for a cup of @threedaughtersbakingco hot chocolate. See you there.
