Can’t decide between cookies or cake? Have ‘em both! This birthday cake is chocolate with vanilla buttercream, a homemade caramel drip, and topped with homemade chocolate chip cookies. It’s filled with buttercream, crushed up cookies and caramel. 🤤😋

A few stills of the wedding cake I posted. Fun fact - there are nine different kinds of flowers/greenery on this cake! All of them are from my garden or my Mom’s garden, with the exception of one (from a family friend). Can you guess them?!

This was my first cake back after the birth of my son. It was for my daughter’s 5th birthday, so naturally rainbows and sprinkles are a must! I tried a different frosting on this one, called blooming buttercream. It’s a nice compromise for those who aren’t crazy about the sweetness of American buttercream. One tier was chocolate, the other vanilla, both filled with aronia, raspberry, blueberry jam. 😋🤤

In case you have been wondering why I’ve been silent as of late, we welcomed a baby boy into the world in April. I’ve been meaning to make this post since he was born, it’s only taken me four and a half months. 🤣

I’m so grateful to have taken the time to enjoy the addition to our family and adjust to life with a newborn. My plan is to attempt to get back into it and try to take some orders when I don’t have conflicts. ☺️👶🏼💙

Sure wish I had one of these during this snowstorm; alas, the only “dessert” we have in our house right now is a handful of gum balls (these count as dessert according to my daughter).

This is a vanilla sponge cake, with chocolate frosting and 1,000 peanut butter cups… or at least that’s what it felt like when I was unwrapping them all. 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

Here is an 8 inch chocolate cake I made to accompany the baseball smash cake (see previous post). This cake is filled with my newest filling, COOKIES & CREAM. This tastes like crushed up oreos, but it’s completely natural, it has no preservatives, and is made with only one ingredient! Can you guess what it is?! 😉☺️ Can’t wait to hear what you think!

To celebrate the first day of spring training baseball games, here’s a smash cake I made for my one year old nephew. The theme was Rookie of the Year ⚾️. Smash cakes are quickly becoming one of my favorite things to make! 😋🥳
