WISCOTTI - The Wisconsin Biscotti first started as a passion project born out of my specialty cake business, Crumb Cake Shop LLC in 2019. Once the idea of bringing WISCOTTI, the more tender and indulgent in flavor version of the traditionally hard Italian biscotti, to the Wisconsin Farmers' Markets seemed to feel like a real possibility, the passion project turned into a full-time realization. COTTI is created in small batches on a weekly basis, ensuring the freshest baked quality. At every opportunity and in addition to our seasonal flavors, new flavor profiles are created to tempt and satisfy the WISCOTTI biscotti lovers' experience.
