Peach cobbler cupcakes with homemade peach filling, light whipped frosting, fresh peach slices & bee pollen sprinkles 😮‍💨🍑

Last summer I used peaches from our own peach tree, cooked them down on the stove with sugar & love, filled the center of each cupcake, then topped them with whipped buttercream and fresh peaches. Honestly… I think these NEED to make a comeback this summer. 👀🧁

we freeze ours for smoothies, homemade syrups, teas, sourdough add ins, & even chicken treats 🐓

easy strawberry top syrup:
🍓 2 cups strawberry tops
💧 2 cups water
🍯 1/2-1 cup sugar or honey

simmer 20-30 minutes, strain, then store in the fridge. perfect for lemonades, mocktails, pancakes, iced tea, or homemade soda 🤤

Today JJ told me he loves sourdough because “they’re in your delicious donuts.” Safe to say we’re raising him right. 🥹🍩

Flour on the counters, little hands helping cut donuts, and memories being made one batch at a time. Blessed.
