Cookie Con Day 2. What. A. Blast. Hands on classes, learning new skills, meeting amazing people, taste testing new recipes, incredible closing banquet. 🙌

I didn’t win any competition prizes, but I did win a raffle prize! AND we got to watch a firework show from our window to close out a fantastic few days! 🎆💜

So, it was an honor to be asked to make these gold medal and Olympic ring cookies to celebrate our local Olympic US Women’s Hockey gold medalist, Kirsten Simms. 🤩 Congrats again Kirsten!! 🥇🇺🇸
