About Us

I'm just a girl who loves to bake. Growing up in Hawaii, I have fond memories of baking lots of cakes and cookies in our teeny-tiny kitchen with my mom. That love never faded. So here I am, all grown up and baking once again. But this time, from my teeny-tiny kitchen in Plano, TX,

The Aloha Cookie Company started out of necessity--I'm a girl on a mission to live a debt free life. This little cookie company of mine is a way for me to bring in some extra income. But it doesn't take away from my love of cookies! Believe me when I say I enjoy every minute of making these precious little jewels of edible art.
